How to Access our Services:

 

Direct GP Referral

If you are registered with a North East Lincolnshire GP, you can ask your GP to refer you to our Ultrasound service.

Our services are provided exclusively to the NHS and you can access them free of charge.

Feedback
It is important that we receive feedback from patients in order that we can keep on
improving and developing our services. Any comments will be welcomed. If you attend a Counselling session at the end of the session you will be asked to complete a simple evaluation form.
 

Confidentiality
Every member of staff is bound by patient confidentiality, something we take extremely
seriously. Patient confidentiality extends to family members and Information will only be
passed to them with your written consent. It is common for patients to be seen by other
professionals outside of our Organisation and only in these cases will information be
shared. It is done discreetly and only relevant information is ever passed on. We hope
you understand this is done in your best interests
 

Complaints Procedure
We hope that most problems can be resolved easily and quickly, however if this is not
possible and you wish to complain please inform us as soon as possible. This will
enable us to establish what happened. You can contact a member of staff you trust to
voice your concerns to or alternatively If you want to complain in writing, please find our complaints procedure here.
